License and Accreditation

Northwest Surgery Center is licensed by Washington State Department of Health, is certified by CMS, and is a member of both the Washington State Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and the national Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. We are also accredited with the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). In addition to complying with the standards of our state licensing, accreditation with AAAASF demonstrates strict adherence with the highest standards set by AAAASF to deliver safe and superior patient care.
